Pros
The people are great to work with. The managers are super flexible with hours and make sure you learn everything you need to know. There are also a lot of different things you can do such as cashier, restock shelves, and process all while helping customers.
Cons
The pay isn't the best. It is a simple first job so I don't blame the low pay rate. They do give out bonuses and raises every so often but you never know when they are coming. There is also only a 10% off discount for employees other than special 20% off weekends.
