Pros

incentives, good benifits( providing you're a full-time employee), great work environment. Never a dull moment. You get to express your ( inner interrior designer) through displays and with our great customers.

Cons

Low hourly wages and raises. They need to schedule extra cashiers during peek hours so coordinators can spend quality time with the customer out on the floor and work out their tanks ( merchandise).
