Pros

Competitive pay. Discounts on products.

Assistants have to work forced overtime to make a livable wage. Stock rooms can be dangerous when company is short staffed but the never reduce shipment quantities.

Pros

There are no good reasons to work here.

Cons

Management was rude and condescending. Store manager would sit on their butt all day and not do anything. One assistant manager prides themselves on having several years of experience but come to find out they worked at Dollar Tree which is way different than this store. Finally, they would never take you seriously, would not train you, the store had too much drama, and finally, they would give out mere 18-cent raises for doing such a "fantastic" job.
