Working in retail is never fun and I hated having to push the credit card so much. I was encouraged to ask multiple times before I accepted a no. There was also no direction or anything from management. It was a very chaotic work place. The pay is terrible.

Guys have to do more lifting and new recruits are worked way too hard You are expected to convince people to open up TJX credit cards and failing to do so will prevent you from getting raises Raises are usually only upwards of 50 cents more per hour (I didn’t get one despite working harder than others that did) I received no training besides 30 minutes of infovideos that didn’t explain much Management does not seem to communicate well
