Pros

Meeting interesting new faces, they allow dogs and you get gift cards for doing what's right

Cons

The hours and pay aren't worth the back and neck pain. My higher up aren't as attentive as the could have been. Trainers are not the same person everyday or throughout the same day so you are kinda on your toes, even if you have the time to learn. Plus you have to ask every customer if they'd like to join the rewards program. Ugh

Pros

It's never the same day twice and - LOVE that, you are constantly busy - LOVE that and some of the customers are regulars and they are a hoot - LOVE them too! My co-workers are some of the best people I have EVER met!!!

Cons

But, you always have one ASM or Key or even another Coordinator telling you to do one thing and no one seems to know that someone else has already told you do something different and everyone does things in a different way with very little in the way of training - its a sink or swim situation.

Pros

Reasonable compensation and potential to grow

Cons

Lacks leadership, communication and structure. Anyone below a supervisory level is treated poorly
