Pros

-great coworkers -good management -typically good hours -good first job—you learn a lot, albeit a little too fast, but are great life skills to have -you don’t have to negotiate pay, for first time workers -flexible schedule

Cons

-poor staff retention all associates are over worked and under paid. Everyone does everything and for $13/hr it’s not worth it - TJX/Homegoods policies are terrible and some unrealistic - push credit too much…most people have a tjx credit card and not every customer needs/wants to be hounded - training is minimal and needs to be corrected and addresses -outdated systems (digi and xstore) -10% employee discount, 20% on random weekeds every few months
