Pros

The management at Homegoods is amazing from my experience. They’re willing to really work with you on your availability. They are understanding when it comes to mistakes. The salary is great as well. You aren’t overworked, and you get a chance to do every position. They’re shift hours are extremely reasonable.

Cons

The customers tend to be on the impatient side, it is difficult to deal with them and you will need a lot of patience when working with everyone. Homegoods does have a lot of product to put out and it is hard to get all the product on the floor in time.
