Managnement works with flexible schedule.

Cons

Pay is low for the amount of work you do. Constantly called to come in on your day off.

Pros

The team gets stuff done. The customers are incredibly reasonable and understanding of all situations and in my personal 8 years of customer service I've never had that. The managers are very communicative and if there is a scheduling conflict it's sorted out quickly.

Cons

Just the mentioned schedule issue but it always gets fixed.
