Pros

If you enjoy interiors goods, and have someone else who earns a living wage than this can be fun. Health benefits are good if you are full time, and qualify A friendly atmosphere amongst colleagues

Cons

Low pay (not a living wage) No accommodation for physical handicaps Schedule is constantly changing, and if you are not completely flexible management will engage in verbal and emotional abuse and manipulation to meet their own needs.

Associate appreciation bonuses, only close 2 nights a week, great team of associates

Cons

Management does NOTHING, rude customers always looking for discounts, promoting credit card (if you’ve never done it before)
