Pros

They give us lots of breaks, decent pay.

Cons

Communication between management is awful, no one is on the same page, extremely unrealistic expectations, payroll cuts after grand opening.

Poor Management

Pros

The salary is better than some other retail stores

Cons

Management lacked leadership skills; showed disparity in treatment of associates; Treated those they took a disliking for with condenscension; lack of integrity I understand why they are anti-union. An employee has no representation therefore they can get away with treating you in any manner. Their ethnic and integrity policies was not put into practice

Pros

Get to see firsthand what’s coming out of the truck and into the floor! Shift goes by fast. Gift card incentives and drawings, company sometimes provides catered food! Full time get great benefits!

Cons

Crappy discount, hard work. Always pushing you to work fast and get tjx credit cards! Rude and annoying Rae Dunn customers. They are ridiculous!
