Pros

They offer alot of VTO if you´re into that, solid benifits, stable shift and hours, multiple shifts, Union, Sick time, and PTO. Company Discount at Homegoods, TJMax, other associated companies.

Cons

Very numer oriented, you have to meet hourly expectations of units. Because of the amount of people they employ it feels like you´re just a number, but they do try to give out food once in a while and gift cards to Homegoods.
