Pros

there's a variety of jobs to do it's easy to get paid and keep track of hours it's in a busy location - lots of stuff to do, and customers to attend to (never boring)

Cons

-management and organization of store is awful (Definitely doesn't comply with ADA standards at some points) -force you to work cash register and sell cards even if you didn't apply for that job -never any good job or thank you's for hard work -have to babysit the poorly managed 16 year olds so that they do work - the managers wont do anything -if you're busy, the managers will hide in the back (with the exception of one, who always came to help) -expected to train newbies, even if you're new yourself, with no compensation -no training at all
