Pros

Fun, fast-paced environment that is surrounded by beautiful home furnishings and decor.

Cons

Not a livable wage for adults. Job more suited for teens or young people for extra money. Management is sometimes frazzled and stressed out. Job requires employees to wear more hats than hired for. High turn-over rate.

Pros

They feed us to shut us up I guess..

Cons

Team Leads ( I'm using that term very loosely) who only do the bare minimum of their jobs and call the hard working people who bust their tails on the lines and in the trucks "lazy". No communication. No teamwork. You can never work hard or fast enough. It's always WRONG. Lazy Team Lead never gets reprimanded because she's a charity case. No one seems to be in charge at this joke of a store, there's no process or system on how things need to be ran and management is incompetent and unprofessional. I could go on but...the pay isn't high enough :)
