Pros

1. Flexible schedule 2. Good coworkers 3. Annual raises 4. Great first job for teenagers or as another stream of income for someone who already has a job 5. Somewhat easy to move up in the ranks

Cons

1. If working in the stockroom, you are often micromanaged because you have to get the truck done on a certain day. So store management and coordinators are constantly on you for any little thing they feel is keeping away from getting the truck done. Often times they would call people from the bathroom if they felt you were taking too long. 2. Store management always asked you to work overtime and would guilt trip you if you didn't 3. Management would overwork those who worked harder to make up for those who didn't, instead of speaking with those who were slacking 4. Breaks are not long enough especially if they schedule you 5.75 hours so they don't have to give you two breaks and a lunch. 5. Management would schedule you whatever hours they want even if it was outside your availability (which was annoying for people who already worked full-time elsewhere or were still I'm school) 6. Working holidays and weekends 7. Terrible customers! 8. If upper management came to the store, then store management would often blame their mistakes on the hourly associates
