Pros

Flexible schedule & nice customers

Cons

Horrible training. They expect you to self train by reading procedures and walking through register scenarios by yourself. No one tells you anything about how the store operates you need to figure out all out on your own. And the worst part is they want you too push the TJX credit card to EVERY SINGLE CUSTOMER.

Pros

- Job is extremely easy - Wrapping fragile purchases as a cashier can be fun - Good if you enjoy organizing - Customer base can be sweet

Cons

- Can be extremely slow and boring - Customer base can sometimes be extremely rude - Selling TJX Cards is painful (+not really good incentives)
