Pros

Pay is better than most other retail businesses in the area. One dollar raise after only 6 months. Decent benefits for full time employees.

Cons

Terrible customers who think they're better than you just because they've probably never had to work retail before. The company hires teenagers with no work ethic and all they want to do is stand around on their cell phones. Discount is only 10 percent. Some management has their "favorites" who don't really work much but only have a job because they are "buddies" with management. Schedule is always changing. No set hours so it's hard to have any outside plans.

Pros

Employee discount. Decent benefits. Would be a good job with supportive management.

Cons

As with all retail, too many hours during holiday season and not enough employees. Not enough hours during off season and too many employees. Disorganized management. Crappy shifts. Terrible training program. Low morale
