Pros

-When management is on top of things, it can be a great shift. This job is really all about whether or not you have a good manager. -Every day is different. There are no plan-o-grams. Displays are created by individuals on a daily basis.

Cons

-After over a year of working for this company, I got a $0.33 raise, which was the highest in the store.

employee discount is very low 10%, There is never ending merchandise and many times expected to work through breaks.
