Pros

New challenges every day. Many shifts available.

Cons

Advancement is based on who's favorite rather than seniority or job production. Not all aspects are reviewed during yearly reviews. Pay doesn't match the amount of dedication expected from Coordinators.

Decent pay Flexibility with merchandising Being crossed trained in many areas Room for advancement Bonus 401k and good PTO structure Able to travel to another stores in area to help Enjoyed most managers in the district Company is growing rapidly

Long days No breaks Stressful enviornment Lots of politics Micro managed by DM Constantly trying to force advancement when not wanted

very high turndown percentage they dont care bout good employees theres to much favoritism in the office among hispanics!!
