Pros

I really enjoyed working at Home Goods. The people were all very nice. I had a great Manager Wanda. Most of the employees were willing to help each other out.

Cons

The pay stinks!! The guys that carry the furniture are treated poorly. Never enough people to carry out items for customers.

Pros

They treat employees well. Great work atmosphere. Coworkers were great too. They are also very flexible with scheduling which helps everyone.

Cons

They should pay more.. A few have been with the company for a number of years .. and they only earn minimum wage. We work hard, and deserve to be well compensated
