Not well organized

Pros

Some staff were mature and a pleasure to work with

Cons

A lot of workload for minimum wage, especially as a front end associate who rings at the register and is also assigned a full floor section. Not every worker on the floor was called to ring. A lot of wrapping items. Store can be complicated to organize, often messy. A lot of the items have a dusty finish. Things break often. Customers might call out for help while you’re reaching for glass items on glass shelves. Many call outs.

Pros

Friendly work environment (coworkers), very Lgbtq friendly, store is organized by call numbers, safety is a big concern to management (a good thing)

Cons

Lackluster beginner training, busy and very crowded store, freezing back/stockroom, lack of organization/direction by management, understaffed, pays minimum wage in your state and nothing more, scheduling is not the best, and back room is always overflowing with stock.
