Pros

-Meet great people from all walks of life -Good pay - enough work to stay busy, does not feel monotonous -provides networking opportunities in the Home Decor industry -Fast paced

Cons

-Can sometimes be too overwhelming between the reality of the business vs corporate expectation -Customers can be VERY RUDE and nasty, entitlement justified by managements willingness to give them whatever they want. -Not enough time allotted to ensure proper training of all level associates, they're sort of thrown in - Can be TOO fast paced, no time to get any of the assigned tasks done, still held accountable

Pros

None, it is so terrible!

Cons

Absolutely awful management. They overwork you and underpay you and think they are better than everyone else. It is literally no better than a sweatshop.
