Pros
It’s pretty much the same every day, work closely with management, it’s the earliest shift so you get out and still have daytime left, and if you want you can make it stretch to a full four hour shift without ever having to touch the sales floor
Cons
It’s a lot of being alone in your office, and there’s no real pay difference from a normal sales associate despite having (arguably) higher responsibilities
