- Systematic - Everyday is mostly the same which can be good for someone who doesn't like a diverse workday

Cons

- It's so boring - there really isn't much substance or satisfaction to the job at all. - Growth is limited - 'Raises' are a joke. - The 'discount' employees receive on Homegoods items is only 10% - They force you to promote their credit cards which can lead to really uncomfortable situations with customers

Pros

Fun at times, some great people. A lot of work, fast paced. Some team members are super helpful, and the time goes pretty quickly. Experience with different parts of the store, great experience builder.

Cons

Repetitive, heavy lifting at times, a lot of moving and arranging the store. Some coworkers are not as helpful. Sometimes, it can be overwhelming. Especially when big trucks come in, and not enough staff. Minimal training, and low pay.
