Pros

A positive environment on the Technology Consultant team across all markets (DFW, Houston, Austin, and San Antonio). Really enjoy working with everyone and the managers on the team. Base salary which takes the pressure off of sales. Plenty of networking opportunities to further career in field and with HomePro. Weekly sales meetings to make sure everyone is up to speed on the content we are delivering in the new home industry.

Cons

Promotion track as an salary employee is not as easily defined as an hourly position - however your position is what you make of it. There are ways to transition to more fulfilling and better compensation roles if you put in the time and effort. Would like to see more Diversity & Inclusion in regards to higher management - the company is pretty diverse when it comes to hourly and lower tier salary roles.
