None, company is ran by the seat of their pants.

Cons

Management is terrible. Training is worse. Communication is like a dictatorship, meetings everyday sometime 2-3 times a day. Sales manager offers selling tips as if they worked as car salesman. Text messages come in after 11:00pm?
