Pros

The pay is good, normally a head of competition.

Cons

The contracts are too small, so when times get tough the "overtime" you come to rely on melts away, and you struggle while the management can seem oblivious to this as they are on salary.

Pros

- loads of overtime - mostly good management - all staff are welcoming

Cons

- overtime isn’t asked for it’s just put on your rota like a normal shift, no communication about it and if you can’t do it, it feels like you’re saying no to your contracted shift
