Pros

Good managers make a better place; interesting items; flexibility given to how items are displayed and stocked.

Cons

Hypocritical in ratings - if a customer reviews less than 100%, it negatively affects us, yet we as employees "can't ever get 100%" on internal reviews because we can always improve? Also, hard to move up in company without managerial experience elsewhere, which is why I left.

Pros

Friendly coworkers and a generally supportive team environment. People were easy to work with and willing to help when asked.

Cons

Lack of proper onboarding and training made the role more challenging than necessary. A lot of learning happened on the job without much guidance.
