Pros

Great staff and management. Ensured you got breaks. Management would always encourage you to pass a disgruntled customer on to them stating ‘they get paid more to deal with that’.

Cons

On your feet all day and LOTS of walking. Occasional long shifts up to 14+ hours. Minimal team building and awful customers- like the worst customers of any retail environment. They would complain if you were allowed a seat when working as a greeter on a 14+ hour shift. 2 coworkers and a manager were physically assaulted by upset customers on different occasions. Very small discount- 10- doesn’t even cover tax.
