Pros

This job was great for when I was in school, the managers always accomodated my school schedule and encouraged a positive work atmosphere.

Cons

Sometimes tasks that are assigned aren’t very clear and are pretty disorganized, for example having to rearrange the entire store to bring the food section to the front portion of the store, and then changing it around again multiple times within a few months. Tasks for the day can contradict each other too, since managers have different expectations from their employees.

Friendly environment, learn a lot, organized and they rehire as fulltime.
