Pros

Flexible hours, yearly small raise even as part-time.

Cons

Expected to put up a fight with customers, managers let customers get away with anything. Not alot of shifts during parts of the year. No male employees, all of us young small girls expected to the heavy lifting. Music is on the same playlist for more than a year now.

See all the exciting new merch before it goes to the sales floor, very accommodating to disabilities

Cons

Wouldn't accept someone else calling in sick for me when needed, not every manager was given an explanation of my needs which resulted in feeling misused
