Pros

10% discount. Product knowledge to not buy the horrible products they sell. Somewhat competitive hourly wage pay.

Cons

Inhumane management. Minimal training. Either made to stay behind or rarely asked to. Promotions based on nepotism rather than skillsets or work ethic. Self serving store managers who cut down store staff hours to hit bonus. Lack of respect for health and safety by staff from all levels.
