-Flexible hours, flexible days. (Good for students) -Very friendly and welcoming supervising team and co-workers -Strong and concise training program. -Company has great values.

Cons

-No benefits for part-time workers. -Pay is at minimum wage

There's lots of passion in this company. And with a expansion plan across the UK and Europe, lots of room for growth and promotion, across Homesense and TKMaxx.

Cons

The Off Price retail model can be difficult for 'high-street' retailers to pick up. Forget everything you've learnt, and embrace the logic of it!
