Pros

Some of the other associates become like family. But of course, whether or not this happens depends on you, as well as the people you wok with.

Cons

Your employers take advantage of you. If you're not careful, they will try to not pay you for the full amount of hours you've worked. When you catch this, it can sometimes take several months to get the money you are owed. They give minimal pay raises.

Pros

The job offers lots of variety and the opportunity to learn and develop in a safe and fun workplace that moves at the speed of lightening. It is a friendly and diverse working environment which reflects the core values of the company. You get to interact with other associates and customers who mostly appreciate your efforts.

Cons

Work/Life Balance. Frequently required to work beyond 44 hour work week and sometimes up to 3 Sundays a Month. Inconsistencies with the yearly performance review as management changed.
