Pros

Management, for the most part, is understanding. Flexible hours, but you need to make sure the schedule changes go through. Friendly co-workers. Big, breathable store unlike the other stores in the company. Easy to get hired.

Cons

Seems like they only care about the numbers (i.e. cards and sales). When corporate comes to town it's a huge facade and everyone gets stressed out. Corporate doesn't listen to store management -> needs better communication there. Not enough people applying to help cut down on the crazy hours Pay is poor for those who have been there for years (and they aren't even up to date with the new minimum wage)
