Pros

Large inventory to look at and rotating duties meant a shift could be interesting. Good employee discount.

Cons

Drama in administration. 'Expected' to work outside of availability (managers would try to guilt me into picking up shifts). Sexism in the workplace.

Lots of internal politics Management has their favourites Management hires from outside when there are people internally who are more capable to do their job Management is very obsessive and can be very rude at times
