Pros

Flexible schedule. Good training. Lots of work.

Cons

Too much switching of roles in one day. On the floor, on the cash, then stocking.. Stressful. Not enough money for all that you need to do.

Pros

unique inventory, good prices for design products, company strives to make you better. Head of company and upper management though are always outstanding people to interact with.

Cons

Expectations on handling overstocked items that come daily, even while dealing with customers. Expectations on customer service are insane, management does not stand up for employees and sides with berating customers too often undermining my position and protocols for store policies.

Very Friendly, nice team. Great culture and environment.

Cons

poor management in term of scheduling shifts and breaks , some coordinators are so picky and try to find every little single mistake and if you don't have any mistakes they will still complaint about your work. ( some of them tho not all)
