Just getting to see the new items they brought in every day..

Cons

Long hours standing, compensating for employees that call in, cleaning washrooms in the middle of your shift, management expecting associates to clean dog poop( in case it happens in the store) as they are "pet-friendly", fake inclusive culture, management calling you randomly to know if you can cover others' shifts
