Pros

Great atmostphere Good prosepects Faith in our direct senior leaders Really feels like they are starting to do the write thing by staff and customers A lot of the senior leaders have changed and are moving the direction of the buiness (this is a good thing)

Cons

Been a dificult time over the last couple of years with redundencys and the companys shift in culture. When people in the office are under pressure it slips back to the old way of JFDI over certain things. There can be alot of office politics

Pros

Innovation, implements positive changes, new vision of the company, new perception of internal and external customers.

Cons

Old school employees who thinks the world of themselves but don't do anything to improve their own performance nor to support their business. Not dealing with behaviour/attitude issues as they should

Pros

Great people, inspiring leadership, good products (use P&D myself, recommended to family), Seniors genuinely seem to want to do the right thing by Customers and employees, career opportunities for development - even with international placements (I only know of "Heads of" and above that have moved), provides sponsorship for range of qualifications, flexible working hrs, interesting work, lots of challenges, pushing innovations, empowered to make decisions regardless of seniority, stepping up charity work again and involvement in local community.

Cons

*At the moment the above positives are too dependant on who your "Head of" and Director are, although it's moving in the right direction. *In my experience the HR systems/processes/conversations don't support individuals *Current IT systems aren't great and there are too many manual workarounds required. We're investing a huge amount in a new system, which should be a big improvement.
