Teams are super motivated to work quickly with small business owners in mind - everyone's open to feedback and the workplace culture keeps everyone moving towards the same ends!

Cons

With so many teams and growth moving so quickly, it can sometimes be hard to maintain focus month to month.

- Everyone is kind, open and very understanding - Management is good and very transparent - Remote work - Very flexible and understanding team - Interview process was very smooth and wrapped everything in less than a week - Good benefits

Cons

As long as people are not pushed to come to office, I have no cons to list. Pretty happy so far.

- Homebase cares about their employees and appreciates a work/life balance for all. - The passion for servicing customers is felt from all departments. - Positive environment; everyone is always motivating and rooting for one another. - Provide high level insight of different departments during monthly meetings with the CEO that all employees are able to attend.

Cons

-When I started the training for my dept. (which was new) wasn't that great, it has since improved.
