      Pros

      This is the most fun, thoughtful, positive, family oriented environment you could ever work for. I have never worked for a company that genuinely cares about their employees and treat you like an equal. There is so much potential for a person to grow with this company. Your opinions are always taken into consideration and really are made to feel apart of the team. Have you ever met a CEO that was just like one of the employees; down to earth, nice, caring? Yea me neither until I got here to Homebase!

      I wish other companies had the same attitude towards their employees as Homebase does.

      Pros

      Like minded co workers that work as a team. Flexible schedule and awesome benefits. PTO, 401k, flexible schedules. Team events and outings AWESOME OFFICE environment.

      Cons

      Communication can sometimes be a little slow or vague. But the open line of communication and being empowered to ask questions alleviates all confusion very quickly.
