      Everything. Management was toxic. Many times I'd hear them talk about employees like they were dirt. It was horrible. Pay is low. Watched like a hawk at all times doing everything to keep the company going while management doesn't do anything but gossip and take long breaks. Covid layoffs left employees behind in the pandemic. People are afraid to post bad reviews. I was told "Don't leave a bad review because we'll figure out who you are." when I was hired.

You know I take it seriously, even during an incredibly hard year like 2020. While we generally receive high marks here and in all of our internal surveying, I'm going to look into some of your feedback here to make sure we're doing our best as a company.

      Pros

      Team Environment Founders John & Rushi love their Employees and their Customers Great Training Program. Chris is fantastic and will devote time to make sure you understand the process My manager is fantastic. Great leader and truly cares about his people and their success If you want to move other areas they will help you do that and encourage you to do so. Just put in the time and work Education credit. My Codecademy sub was covered. The people team is great! Remote work during covid 19. Hopefully we can continue remote work afterwards. 3 weeks of vacation starting off 401k and Insurance is great.

      Cons

      There are some leadership that isn’t great on the CS team. I was almost forced out before I moved teams. If you work in sales, your commission is penalized if you take vacation or are out sick. This would give us more freedom to make sure we go to the doctor for check ups and take much needed vacations. We can do a better job with internal communication. CS pay is low but they are working to improve that as the revenue increases.

      The culture was a very positive one. People encouraged each other and celebrated each other's victories. Pay and benefits are also good.

      Honestly cannot think of anything.
