Cons

Company has been in disarray the past 2 years since the last round of Senior Leadership turnover. Arrogant outsiders with no clear vision or plan driving the business past the point of no return.

The only con is that it is a minimum wage job and if you opt in to be in the union, you pay union dues even though most likely you'll never need them.
