homeland tries to do what they think is best; the people who are in charge of homeland actually work

Cons

homeland doesn't always consider whats best for the customers, and the district managers of this district are always changing their minds, which seems to upset the staff and the customers.

There is a great friendly feel here, i enjoy every minute of work there. The employees are great and the upper management is fair. Salary is nice although if you work hourly it can be daunting.

There is no real chance for career advancement
