Pros
Family type atmosphere with other employees. Always something fun going on around the office which helps eliviate an otherwise stressful job.
Cons
The pay. It is horrible and well below average for this type of work. This is a good start up job if you are looking for something short term. They are a revolving door, which is not management's fault however there is no room for advancement and any chance at a raise is minimal.
