      Pros

      The people I work with are great. Management is a bit scattered but overall, the company is stable. The building is nice and the transportation system/parking benefits are good.

      Cons

      Lots of mixed messages with little direction as far as what our future holds for us. The leader left the company and the future doesn't look great. There is no profit share or any real benefit to helping the company succeed besides keeping a day job.

      nice people when I worked but this was many yrs ago training ok but could use more provided base hourly work decent hours

      Cons

      same everyone else mentioned market is saturated should not hire as many people when I worked they tell you to follow script then tell you to follow someome else's lead huh??? sales do not come fast; can be unmotivating maybe the san diego location changed management but one of the managers was quite harassing. never got paid last pay check
