Pros

Company pays well & trains you for the job. It is a remote job & you work where you live. If you have a love for photography/videography, you’ll love it.

Cons

Does not care about their employees. Highly micromanaged & constantly watching what you’re doing at all times. Expect you to work 40+ hours each week. You work until the job is done, but if you finish too quickly, they’ll give you more work to do.

Amazing people to work with. Great collaboration, sharing of knowledge. Wonderful culture. Superior Leadership(Thank you Dave Mele). Unfortunately when Costar came in and took over , everything went in the trash pile.
