Pros

Homes.com is a CoStar Group brand. If you know who The CoStar Group is, then that should be enough for you. The CoStar Group has been on a shopping spree of buying real estate data companies and turning them in to household brands with state of the art consumer and professional insider user interface. Their marketing budget is enormous. Sales people get fed many warm leads on a continues basis. Salaries are high and commission structures are very aggressive! The benefits package is top of the line with stock options. Free Gym in the building (Richmond). Lunch is on the house and the cold brew is on tap all day long! There is also a lot of room for growth with CoStar's plans for this Homes.com.
