Pros

Great hours, weekends off, outstanding managers, no micromanaging, great benefits, fun with a stress-free environment, phenomenal salary + commission, able to make your own paycheck, and the company cares about their employees.

Cons

San Diego traffic is horrible, they need assigned parking, the break room is too small and the bathrooms need to improve.

Picking to work at Homes.com, is THE BEST DECISIONS I HAVE EVER MADE for my career. You get the opportunity to work for a company where you are actually making a difference in people's lives, all while getting a more than fair opportunity to make 100K a year working Monday - Friday 7 - to maybe 3:30. Uncapped commission, fun work environment, amazing managers, amazing account executives, you can't beat it! Keep up the OUTSTANDING work Homes.com! It's an honor to apart of the team!
