      Great management team with exceptional experience and knowledge. They were always available and willing to help.

      Cons

      Product often did not work and company technology very behind. Commission structure continued to change and after selling a product we continued to disappoint them.

      Pros

      This place was a mess when I started but I'm glad I stayed. The new executive management team has been amazing! Not only do we now have a solid strategy to build a truly great company, but we're also executing on that strategy like never before. We're exceeding every goal we have! This year has been all about "righting the ship" and building a strong foundation for future growth. We enjoy a healthy work/life balance but the culture and expectations have really started to take shape around our new core values of Urgency, Focus, and Collaboration.

      Cons

      I could make more money in another company, but I am paid fairly especially considering all the Pros.
