Pros

The pay is great, and the training is really comprehensive. This is a really good role if you are starting out in sales and need to cut your teeth a bit. The upper leadership does seem to care quite a bit.

Cons

The role becomes less rewarding and exponentially more demanding the longer you are there. There is a bit of a lack of support for more tenured reps, and trying to hit all KPIs while also managing 100+ clients is difficult. Turnover is an issue here. There are opportunities for growth- but they get less acceptable the more tenured you are.

Pros

The pay is good especially right out of college and the people you work with are great

Cons

A big reason as to why a lot of reps leave after a year or so of working here is because of the cancels. You could end up having to sell twice your quota every month just to actually hit quota and at that point it's not even worth the extra stress when you could get a job somewhere else for the same pay but not having a quota or doing less work.
